Not receiving 2FA code to mobile number

Has anyone got advice when your 2FA code is not going to your mobile as normal, and you cant remember your security code?!

@Newtown2026 all you can do in those circumstances is call Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf. It takes a few days.

You shouldn't have to remember it because when 2FA is setup it does state on screen to make a note of it somewhere so that it is kept safe.
