How do I delete my account please?

Yes. Email. I don't have an actual sky account since moving to France. I've got a French account now and want to stop having to monitor the sky one

If you don't login to your online Sky email account then Sky will be delete it otherwise it is a case of calling them and hoping you get to talk to someone who knows how to do this as not all of the call handlers do. Personally I wouldn't bother to login to it then it will be deleted sometime down the line.

Okay. Thanks. Problem is I'm self employed and some occasional clients won't have my new email, and if they email me and I don't reply I'd lose business. That's why I'd rather close it, as people would then get a bounce back

You could set up an 'out of office' message informing senders of your new email address?

I was about to suggest the same as @Mark39. Set an "out of office" and forget about it.

I set up an out of office a while back, but the same people keep using my old address!
