You will not be able to view them as the deleted folder should not be used to store all your emails as Yahoo deletes them out of it every 30 days or so.
If you have replied to one of these emails you might have a copy of it along with your reply in the Sent folder.
To store emails you can set up separate folders and move the emails to these as Yahoo will not delete these.
