Thanks for the reply. I just tried logging out of Yahoo and logging back in again. I then had to do the two step verification but for the moment that seems to have solved the problem, and I have access to my mail now.

Hi
Just went to use my sky yahoo email and it a different page is coming up saying no one can register now and existing members can still use by logging in but it said use top left to sign in but nothing there and i cant access any of my emails now, ive tried everything but no where to sign in apart from signing in to sky but not email

Same thing happening to me with same messages. Seems to be happening since my windows update couple of days ago. Is Sky pulling out of yahoo link?

When I try to log into my email I've suddenly got the message -
sorry you can no longer create a new email account. This area is temporarily unavailable. Sorry for any inconvenience.
it was working at lunch time and stopped about 3pm. Can anyone advise?

I am having exactly same problem,i can access emails one minute,then im getting you can not create anothef email account.Only time i can access it properly is by going into Sky.com site then signing in via my email.Whats going off??

It isn't the users who have changed anything here....We should not have to try various things in the hope that it comes right.
One of the suggestions worked but only for a few hours...next day it was back to square one.
What has Sky/Yahoo done to the email system is what should be being asked here

It's regularly a downside of merging threads. Things can easily get out of synch. Less is more, I think...

If you also have a Sky email address open that on Sky.com first and then open the "add/manage another email address icon and enter your "Yahoo" details and that should let you in. Failing that ring Sky and they should be able to talk you through it. Good luck.

This is still broken, BUT if i use chrome browser rather than safari on iphone it works fine. Could it be related to Ios update?(even though ive been using the beta for months without issues)

When logging in to my Sky/Yahoo email account I am redirected to a "Sky" page informing me that I can no longer open an account. I am advised to press "continue" to log into my emails.
This appears to be a scam.
