Does the message give you a number to call, if so you will need to call it as it appears your account has been locked so if this is what has happened it will have to be unlocked but this is where it can get tricky, not everyone at Sky appears to know how to do this so the key thing here is when you call them up just tell then your are seeing the account problem message when accessing your Sky account (don;t mention email). It might take a few calls to Sky before you get to talk to someone that know how to unlock your account.
