Hello
We have exactly the same problem. All our Outlook on Android ( dont know for IoS yet) has stopped receiving mails. Anyone heard of a solution ?
Looks like an Outlook issue, so either wait for Microsoft to fix it, or use a different app.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere appears to be a fault with it (see the other posts from other members back up this page) so it will have to be Microsoft to fix this has this is happening on other email accounts and not just Sky ones.

Seems that this morning both devices have email access again. So guess MS fixed whatever it was on the backend
