Hi. I've just bought a new mobile and, using Smartswitch, have transferred everything over from my old mobile. However, I can only get into the main email inbox but not the other email address. In the account page it shows both email addresses that I currently have, the main one showing a purple square next to it. But the second address has a white exclamation mark in a red circle in it.
On clicking on it it shows a message that says access has expired and I have to login again. It then asks for my password which I enter, it then asks for my main Yahoo account login (I don't know why) and takes me to a message saying 'You can not create a new email address using Sky'. But I don't want to create a new email I just want access to my email inbox.
I might add that I'm a novice when working with technology and can only try my best LOL
I've tried speaking to someone st Sky recently about another issue and they've kept me on the phone for 2hrs and the problem has not been resolved. I feel like pulling my hair out, so please bear with me for asking the community.
