Everytime I access my emials I have an access code sent through to an old dormant mobile number so need to change this ASAP if anyone can help please!

Otherwise use your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step verification and then re-enable it. That will allow you to provide your new mobile number.

To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.
When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent.

Thankyou for your advise on this. I'm currently logged out of my emails. I've changed my number and have not got recovery code can you help

Do you mean you want to change the number where the verification text goes to @Sarah299 , if so you need to sign in with the recovery code that you were asked to make a note of to turn this off then you can set it up again with the new number. You should have also been sent an email with the recovery code on so if you access your emails via apps on a mobile then check there to see if you have it.
