I get the same message. Spoke to sky and they said it's a glitch and they are working on it. I'm not sure though. Had my email with sky for 20 years but I don't have any of there services. Need help as I need my old emails.

I get the above message when trying to access my email account this has been ongoing since 5/4/24

 

When I tried to change my password I gett the following message.

 

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/securityquestion/skycom/7b7a3a27782f4944515a4b57525569337a4d66756..." on this server.

I have spoken to sky twice thw first time round I was told the department which deals with sky.com accounts nolonger exsists and that  I have lost 20 years of emails.

 

The second time I spoke to them I was told it was a problem on Yahoo's end and it should be sorted in a few days.

I have just tried to go to my emails and the problem is still there.

It seems a lot of us are having this issue and sky are doing nothing to solve it.

@Shellymil  Your 2 other thread/;posts created recently have been removed, have you followed the advise provided in the replies above?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GD1  yes have followed advice have cleared cshe 4 diferent devices and several browsers nd with and with out VPN

@Shellymil I'm not sure that the three Community members here with this problem represents a lot!

 

See towards the bottom of  Sky's help page here which explains what you need to do in relation to this error: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-yahoo-mail

 

Contrary to what the article says, click 'no' for details of how to contact Sky (it may be a humber specifically for this problem). You could point Sky to their own help article if they don't know what's needed.

 

I highly doubt it's a problem at Yahoo's end.

@Mark39  I have contacted sky they are telling me diferent things but not solved the problem.

I have tried the number supplied with the message and that sends you a link to sky community.

I called the number at the end of the help article and been transfered to some one else and still have the issue.

There are more than 3 people since the 6th with this issue.
