Yes Anne having the same problem this morning, get to the yahoo heading on sky website but won't load. My last email 8am this morning.

@Anne123 what problem are you having? Some customers are having problems with receiving the 2 step Verification Code. Is that it?

No Mark you can get onto Sky Web page fine, its the final logon to Yahoo emails.

Unable to access Yahoo mail

Good Morning

I have been trying to access my yahoo emails through my Sky account this morning and the message below keeps appearing, anyone else experiencing this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

@Anne123 , @derekbrooks are you seeing a 'no healthy upstream' message?

 

Looks like a cookies issue. Close down all Sky.com websites, then clear your browser cache (cookies, history etc).

 

Or use your browser's incognito/privacy mode to log in.

I cleared my cache and cookies history of "all time" and performed a PC restart, but still have the 

 

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111

error message.

OK on apps. Login on Windows PC I get

Have you tried your browser's incognito/ privacy mode? Works for me.

 

Or try a different browser.

Suggestions of clearing  browser cache (cookies, history etc) or incognito do not work. Also tried different browsers (Chrome, Bing, Firefox) all with same result .
