Hello, I have tried everything to remove the advertisements and pop-ups I receive on my Yahoo account. Can you tell me, please, how I can permanently stop these?

Are you using a mail app? Or logging in via sky.com using your browser?

I'd suggest using a different email app, in that case, as a permanent solution.

If you are using the yahoo email app then try using the Outlook app instead.
