It seems my sky email account is hacked, when I have sent a email to make a purchase it says replys will be sent to one of my old email address at hotmail, how can a stop this

Consider 2 step verification too but if you do set it up, be very sure to make a separate note of the Recovery Code displayed on screen and keep it safe indefinitely.
Once you've done that, go to Settings then More Settings then Mailboxes and click on your Sky Yahoo Mail account. Make sure the Reply-To email address is correct.
Also check Filters, and delete anything you don't recognise.
If you're using a mobile device you may need to select 'desktop' mode, in order to see the fulll settings menu.
