Unable to add additional email addresses to my Sky account - believe I am allowed up to 10 - already have 4 additional ones.

My @Sky.com email is active, but Yahoo is not recognising my account as a Sky‑entitled mailbox. I need the Sky Mail entitlement re‑enabled so I can access Sky Yahoo Mail instead of being redirected to uk.yahoo.com.
Before I contact Sky, has anyone had this before?
