Email access

The mysky drop down menu at the top right hand side has disappeared & now I cant access my email account, I'm on my desktop using Chrome.

@johngrundy it's still for me, so hasn't been withdrawn. Try closing down sll sky.com websites then clearing your browser cache (cookies etc). Then see if it re-appears.

You can still get to your email via: www.sky.com/signin/email

My emails were all showing earlier.  Now I'm only getting 2 days worth, having to scroll through pages 1 at a time to get more.  What's happening, never seen this before.

When I log into my Sky homepage, on the right is my name with a drop down menu to access my emails. This part now disappears once I've logged in -  I have to get my emails through Yahoo.

@maid4cards, @johngrundy it's now under the Profile section of the hamburger drop down on theleft hand side.

Wow, how confusing. I can't find the hamburger, for me it's under the profile drop down menu .

Think it is best to simply go direct: https://sky.com/signin/email/

Very haphazard.. On my tablet it's via the hamburger. On my desktop it's still where it was before, (so presumably a cookies thing) and you're seeing it in a menu line.. Ugh.

I am having the same problem. Could someone explain what a hamburger is and how to get to it. I tried the manage drop down menu but no E mail on there either.

It's under profile, (not entirely obvious in my picture) but the direct link is a much more efficient way of accessing the email
