Access to skymail

For the last week every time I have tried to access my emails I am told I can no longer access my email and are then told to go via yahoo. I am then passed to another page requesting info.

This evening I could only access my account after Sky sent me a text with an access code.

What used to be a quick process has become a waste of time.

Unless this resolved by the end of the week 27th Oct I will cancel all of my account and cancel my Bank Direct Debit. This will be my only contact to Sky.

@haydgrov

You haven't contacted Sky. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. I've moved your post to the email board. The post you added to was an unrelated topic.

Have you got two step authentication activated by any chance, if so were you sent an email with a recovery code in it ?

If you cancel your direct debit then your services will be suspended so quite why you would do that over an email issue is beyond me.

As advised you're not actually contacting Sky via the forum so you've really not yet contacted them.

You do know email is a free add on, you dont pay for it, however feel free to cancel your direct debit and see how quick you lose all your other services.

Alternatively you could  contact Sky directly to explain the issues with your email.

PS the issue wont be resolved on the back of threats in a customer helps customer forum (just setting your expectations)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
