How to add or edit recovery information when it is 'greyed out'
My Yahoo account tells me that all is OK as I have recovery information.
However there is no recovery phone number and the recovery email is no longer current.
On the personal info page although the add/edit option is blue, when I click on it it only allows me to update name & DOB. All recovery info visible but 'greyed out'.
This is not an immediate concern as I have access to my emails and I know my 'recovery code' but I would be happier knowing I have functioning recovery email.

Your recovery email address should be shown here via your Sky email account:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

I suspect you are looking at the Yahoo pages.
They don't really apply to Sky email users, but can be useful at times.
All administration of your email account should be done via Sky, as described by @caesarome .
