Access to sky.com emails through Outlook denied

Opening up Outlook after returning from holiday find access denied messages both for my email and my wifes email account (both sky.com). Recovered my wifes account but not mine. When I enter my sky.com email address Yahoo says go to Sky.com.

After that I cannot connect with sky.com

It sounds like you may both have used a dodgy Wi-Fi connection white abroad, and had your credentials compromised.

How did you recover your wife's emails?

Could you show us the actual message you are seeing (with any personal data obscured) as it may be that you are being blocked by Yahoo.
