If you made a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended,  you can use it to turn off 2 step login, then set it up again with your new number.

If you have lost the recovery code you will need to contact Sky Customer service and request they raise a Two Step Verification Removal request.

@Ross115

If you failed to make a note of the recovery code as advised to do when setting this up then your only option you are left with is to contact Sky to ask them to turn this off for you, your only issue you might get is finding someone who knows how to do to do this as some will wrongly advise you to go to Yahoo who themselves can not help with a Sky email account.

Very true and the Sky Advisors do have a clear path within the knowledge base how to raise these requests, they just have to find the Two step removal article and lost recovery code and follow the steps for escaltion.
