Keep getting access denied, you don't have permission to access on this server. Only on my pc using Edge, not on my phone or Chromebook. Can access my account details etc but not emails. Have cleared history, cookies etc but still no luck. Same message when I change browser to Chrome. Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. However, not sure what I have done but was able to access the emails this morning after trying loads of different things. Don't know what the problem was but as it is now working again I can stop looking. Thanks again all for your suggestions.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it's only happening on your PC, in any browser, and not your Chromebook it's likely to be a problem with something on the PC. Has it been working previously, have you made any changes such a a new anti-virus?

Thanks, have tried that and still no access on laptop. I've changed sky password too but makes no difference.

You say you can log in to Sky, so if you log in here: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details and go to the drop down menu under your name in the RH corner and select Yahoo mail, what happens?

I agree. It's evidently not an IP address issue, nor a caching problem, nor an account issue, which leaves a device problem.

Hi - did you manage to resolve this? I have the same issue.
Logged on relatively recently with no issues on (Windows PC) and have tried both Edge & Chrome but get the following message:
You don't have permission to access "http://skyidapp.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server.

Email is working on my phone fine.
"Helpfully" the Help page says the following, but the only contact option is to call the UK helpline and I am based in Australia.
"Access Denied - To fix this, you'll need to contact us and tell us your public IP address, and the full reference number that's displayed on the error page.
To contact us, select Yes to the question at the bottom of the page."
