Hi, I haven't logged in to my sky account on my laptop for a bit. Tried opening Sky site to login and keep getting access is denied. Have turned my router off and back on and cleared cookies etc and extensions. I tried using Chrome (my usual browser) and Edge and same message on both browsers. Anything else I can do? Please reply using simple terms. I've updated to Windows 11 as well. I desperately need to access my emails on my laptop.

It's good you have tried more than one browser, but I suggest trying Firefox as well.
Are you possibly using a VPN or other 3rd party security software?

I use this and get blank screen but in the website address it says generic-onboarding-error at the end. So fed up now.

This doesn't work. I have McAfee VPN should I turn this off? Had router off for 45 mins for second time and no good.

Definately, I've found Sky doesn't like VPN's.
