If you clicked through the links on this emai then I'm afraid you have possibly given this scammer access to your email account as that email was not from Sky.
If you can't get signed in with the recovery code that you were asked to make a note of when setting this up you will have to call Sky and hope that you get to talk to someone that can help you to regain access to your account. Don't let them tell you to go to Yahoo as they can not help as your email is with Sky.

Did you enter your username and password after clicking on the link in the email? If so, you may unwittingly have given away your login details to a scammer who has taken control of your email account. There's a chance that you might be able to change your password here: https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword

I still cannot access my sky email because they send a six digit number ,that i don't get because someone has changed my mobile number ie the hacker.
i phoned sky but they say they can't help because it now yahoo ,so he gave me there number ,it was a premium number it was no help.

Sadly that isn't correct as Sky should not have told you to go to Yahoo as it is with Sky who you have the email address with but I'm afraid a number of the call handlers don't seem to understand how to deal with this as Sky does have a process to restore accounts but it can take 21 days so I would suggest contacting them again and this time don't let them tell you to go to Yahoo.
