I have reset my password, completed the two security questions and then a 2 factor authentication appeared saying a code was required and had been sent to my phome number. Issue is that it is the incorrect phone number listed. Do any of you know how i can amend my phone number? It is strange as i have hadthe sme phone number longer than i have had the emails!

Hi,
I am not a technical guy, but also not a dafty 🙂 and I am struggling to believe that losing a recovery code (or never writing it down) and changing phone numbers will lose me a 20+ year email address used for business, schooling, LinkedIn etc..
Please give me some good news that I can still fix this or at least Sky can fix this...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MrSpe1rs you can't fix it, but there's a specialist team within Sky who can. However, they're not directly contactable and finding a front line adviser who is aware of their existence may be a challenge, requiring perseverance. Don't be fobbed off by being told to speak to Yahoo - they use a different 2FA system and won't be able to help.
