The Superuser Lounge is a place for our most helpful and active community members.
What is the Superuser Lounge?
It’s where you can directly interact with staff and other Community Superusers. A private area of the Community where you can flag issues and bugs, ask questions, and get to know other members. Staff will also do their best to share news and updates on changes happening at Sky.
Benefits of the lounge:
- Useful news, updates and changes from Sky
- Highlight issues directly to the team
- The opportunity to participate in surveys, research and trials that may arise
- Direct contact with staff.
How can I tell which users are Superusers?
Like Oracles, our Superusers are given a coloured frame around their avatar when they make or reply to posts. You’ll also see a ‘Superuser’ label under their avatar if you’re on desktop.
How do I get access to the Lounge?

The Lounge may include sensitive information, therefore we ask all members to agree to our non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before gaining access.
