Earn enough points to reach Level 9, and you can join the ranks of our Superusers - a Community of Sky experts who help solve our customers’ problems and guide you to the right solutions. And in exchange, they get exclusive access to some exciting projects and developments both in the Community and at Sky. Here’s how!
As a Superuser, you’ll have access to guides, tips and information before anyone else.
You can also raise issues with the Community management team directly and chat with other Superusers.
