Sky Community is a place where likeminded people come together to discuss and share their knowledge. But how do you use it?
If you've landed onto Community via our Twitter handle, @SkyHelpTeam, News is probably the first place you'll go. News is a place where the latest updates in Sky are posted. It's a unique area that involves letting Community users in on the most recent updates.
The updates that you'll find on News will be anything from the latest titles coming to our included streaming services, channel changes or unique projects that you can get involved in. But primarily, News includes:
Updates and releases for EPG / Glass / Sky Go
VIP opportunities, like our partnership with the Call of Duty Beta
The latest package offers that you can get your hands on
Trials that you can get involved in, like testing out the Sky Go release on Consoles!
Spending more time at home and need to get the most out of your Broadband? Having trouble with your Sky Soundbox or just want get the most of your sound bar? Have any questions on your Sky account or have billing issues?

Discussions is a forum where you can post a question, and customers just like you will do their best to share knowledge and guide you towards a solution.
Sometimes approaching people for help can be nerve-wracking, especially when there's tech involved. Instructions can get lost within the jargon of 'bandwidth', 'ports' and 'Sip ALG'. The people on Community Discussions are customers just like you, customers.
We have a handful of Oracles and Superusers that we consider experts in their area. They'll usually have a background or keen interest in technology and Sky's products. Whatever knowledge base you have, and however you talk, our Oracles and Superusers will be able to get down to the nitty gritty with you.
Tips & Tricks is where you can find expert tips, tricks and fixes. It's typically where the more complicated processes are, or where more in-depth explaining is needed.
