when connected to wifi at home i cant get access to whatsapp or social media on my apple phone or laptop.  any suggestion

@dugs123Could you log into my account, go to broadband & talk section, then click on broadband shield and tell us the setting it is on. By default it is set to PG-13 you may have to change this for you to be able to use those apps.
