wifi slow

Wifi acting very slow, all my apps are taking forever to load and not getting my messages till 20 or so mins later. Been having to use my data for them to work

@toniis run the connection test in the My Sky app to check if the issue is with your line as the app can book an engineer if it isnt.

 

If your line is behaving as it should you have issues with the WiFi signal in your home. Simpke things you can try are to makecsure your hub is out in the open and on a surfaceczbove obstructions like radiators. If it is and a simple reboot doesnt sort the issue then you may want to think about getting evxtra wifi kit.
