@Kevincarney355 Streaming video requires both suficent bandwidth which for iPlayer is around 5Mb/s but as important is the regularity of the signal if you have a lit of other Wifi networks in range you are likely to be suffering from interference. Making sure thst your Sky hub is out in the open on a surface not hidden away on the floor etc and try to use your phone reasonably close to it shen streaming.
