WiFi is preventing console from connecting to internet

Connected to router wireless and through Ethernet cable. Both methods still say router is preventing your console from connecting to internet. Needs authentication.

@Andyslines check the Broadband Shield settings as the lower age ranges will block on line gaming the settings arecin the My Sky app orcwebsite.
