wifi pod mulfunctioning
Hello,
My Sky WiFi Pod has stopped working for over a week.
I live in a duplex house, with the main router on the ground floor and the WiFi Pod upstairs to provide coverage. Without the pod, the WiFi signal upstairs is very poor and frequently disconnects.
I have already tried all troubleshooting steps, including:
• Restarting the pod multiple times
• Plugging it into different power sockets
• Checking the Sky app
• Waiting for it to reconnect
The Sky app shows that the pod is working normally, but the pod itself is not providing any WiFi coverage.
As I have been without proper WiFi upstairs for more than a week, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a replacement pod as soon as possible.
Thank you for your help.
(To try to reconnect the pod, I plugged it into a socket close to the main broadband router and also tested it in several other sockets around the house.
Each time, the light briefly turns green, then blue, and finally goes completely blank with no light at all. Normally, the pod should show a solid white light when it is working correctly, but it never reaches that stage.
Because of this, I believe the pod may be faulty rather than experiencing a connection issue.)

I don't have a Sky pod myself but presuming that the lights are similar to the Max Hub then no light would suggest the power supply or the pod itself is dead.

Re: wifi pod mulfunctioning
The Sky Pods switch their light off when they are working properly so if the light is going out on yours that would suggest its functioning normally.
