had hub changed but wifi keeps dropping. hub light goes ftom white green then red often. says no issues in.my area, with hub. wifi or broadband. cannot be hub so must be either connection ftom hub to wall or wall to wire outside.
need someone to call me to discuss, possible visit?

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community username isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.
You need to initiate contact and if by phone dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline when the lines reopen soon.
