Streaming radio just stops

When streaming radio with Alexa it starts and then after a short time it just stops & I have to ask for the program again.Sky broadband via BT FFTP. My WiFi is also dropping from time to time. Looks to me like a fault how do I report it?

@JoyB Call sky, just dial 150 from your sky Talk landline, pass security and hold on to speak with an agent. 8am - 8pm are the opening times.

Thanks I'll do that. , I Just need to get a phone now as  I haven't had a land line for years. Should I have a phone number too? Do Sky have an email for support ? I've just moved house and brought Sky Q with me so I'm a bit behind with all things IT.

Problem solved, such a simple issue, the router is plugged into a small box on the wall where the BT connection terminates- the box was loose!

@JoyB The box was loose, or the connection from the sky Hub to the ONT Ethernet cable, box is mounted to the wall on a slotted screw arrangement, once pushed down it really should not move much but possible depending on how far the Engineer put the screws into the wall for the slot to bite against....

Good it's all working again, does sound like you had a bad connection somewhere near the ONT box.
