wifi issue with the checker

If you click on the wifi tile, what does it suggest on the next screen?
Is your wifi working ok?
If so, maybe just a MySky glitch.
Perhaps, might be worth rebooting your router.

@lettice it was showing that they werent getting any info from the router and so i left it a couple of days but the same day i contacted sky (15th oct 2024)and they said it sometimes says tht but i could tell they wasnt relly intrested 🙄and it corrected it self and went back to normal and had no need to reboot😁🙂but now it says where it should say sky q now sayss sky+but i havent had +since 2020🙄🤔
