Anyone else having sky broadband issues in the Maidstone (ME14) area today? Woke up and have no internet yet my router says all is fine except for voice which is an amber light. Phoned sky and apparently its fine and theres no issues, 2nd time in 2 weeks!

Same in ME15 9, also for the 2nd time. Sky trying to tell us it's because the router is dead and have ordered a new one but we're not convinced after being told the same that there were no issues 2 weeks ago when loads of people around Maidstone were having the same issue

ME17, no internet again. Router all green except for 4th light is amber. Online checker says it's fine

Same problem two weeks ago, no connection all day at me15. Sky obviously does not seemto spot any problem...
Dissapointing situation.

mine was fine until this afternoon. Now mine is Amber and im in DA12. Only fix around it is change my DNS on my PC to 8.8.8.8 and it works. So must be a Sky DNS issue

Im in ME14 too! No internet since 8am this morning! All lights were green except from voice which was orange. Reset router and no voice light is off but everything else is green!
This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks for us too!

Ours came back all by itself around 9:30pm. Phoned sky earlier, apparently no problems. After variety of tests( 2 calls as 1st tech cut me off!) they are sending an engineer. First date offered 22/10 and after this was rejected given 16/10. Absolutely no point as knew it was something their end.

Just incase anyone else is having the same issue again. Our internet just went down another time, same lights showing etc. when this happened last week, the advisor sent out a new router, by the time it got here the Internet was running again so we left it be; it's just cut out again so we took the opportunity to switch it out and it's back working perfectly... May be worth a go requesting new if this has happened to any of you again 🙂
