Hi,

I am experiencing regular internet drop out during the day. This is affecting my ability to work from home as I am experiencing regular freeze especially while in a Zoom or Teams call. When I check the router the lights are usually all green. I also get errors on the Sky stream linked to my tv or my Fire TV stick saying it can't connect or lagging while charging a video. When running a diagnostic in the sky app it says everything is fine. After restarting the rooter it usually comes back to normal. There were no issues for the couple of weeks after I signed up to sky (end of June) but after that it has really been unstable. Anything I can do to solve that?

I never got any reply to the issue I posted there, is there anything that can be done or do I need to switch to another internet provider to be able to work from home without problem? Thanks in advance for anybody that would be able to help.
