wifi booster

i have a wifi booster which is connected but my laptop receives 47mbs and my phone has 290mbs?

any help greatfully received

@paulg18 You may wish to see what bands each device is connected too, looks like the laptop may be on the 2.4Ghz and the phone on the 5Ghz band!
