who do I contact to change the point that the telephone cable comes into the house ?

I'm totally lost on the Sky site 

All I want to do is chabge the point that the telephone cable comes into the house 

I called BT abd they say SKY who will then call Outreach to do the job 

but nowhere can I see where to ask

Give Sky a call. Just dial 150, free from your Sky landline. I'm not sure if you'll be charged.

That is correct.  There's no particular area within Sky support dealing with that, though: it's a generic service.  It's 'Openreach' rather than 'Outreach': Openreach is a division of BT Group but carries out such work on behalf of all similar ISPs.
