I've just had this email:-
Thanks for placing an order for Sky Talk and Sky Broadband.
We've run into a problem whilst trying to put your order through and we need some more information from you before we can get you up and running.
Please contact our dedicated Sky Switch Squad using the following options.
CI really wish the information had been put in the email (we just need to clarify blah blah etc.)
Can you please advice what this would most likely be? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kingschurch any reply would be guess work but often access is required to your home rather than work being done rdmotely. Sky do not use email so you will have to call them. Specialist teams generally work office hours so call during the day. Call waits are rarely as long as the message says.

Hi, I just had a text from them. They had the wrong house number so I'm guessing it's that. I've since been able to reply via text, so fingers crossed it was just that.
Otherwise neighbor would have suprise 😊
