I have been following the instructions on the help guide to change my WIFI password but when I click "apply" the page then changes to "file not found" or "internet connection lost". When i log back in again the password has not been updated? How do I solve this?

I have been trying to do this on my mobile and also on my i-pad.
I have even tried on my ipad with it using my iphone's personal hotspot but still not joy

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreiDevices are known to have issues with the Hub settings. Do you have a non Apple device you can try? Ideally using an Ethernet connection.
