warning message on Goggle address bar when using 192.168.0.1 to access Sky Router settings

What does exclamation mark with triangle with Not Secure 192.168.0.1 message on Goggle address bar mean?

It means the router is using a self-signed SSL certificate, as is standard practice in the ISP business.  As no data exits the local network it's not a security issue.
