I'm thinking about updating my internet package. When I chose the package, the date on which the engineer can connect the new Internet is shown (over 3 weeks). Will I have the internet I have by then or will I be without the internet for almost a month?

You should keep the current service, but mistakes can happen.

@TimmyBGood not helpful at all :"D i dont want leave my parents without internet for more then a 3 weeks, thats why i need to know if i can upgrade broadband package

It's important to be realistic: the system is designed to keep the current connection going, but no domestic ISP actually guarantees uninterrupted service.
