tv connected, no internet

other devices are connected and able to use the internet but my tv says connected, no internet. i have also already rebooted my box

@mary175 do you have a WiFi booster or similar? The fact the TV reports a connection but no internet could be because the booster has lost its connection to the hub. Another possibility is thst the site the TV uses to test connection is down. Another suggestion is to reboot the TV which requires you to disconnect the power until the led on the TV goes out.
