@Nigelroberts the red light means your hub has lost connection to the exchange. Run the Service Checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which can tell you if Sky are alreadyvaware of an issue affecting your line and if not can book an engineer if you follow through the links. If not call Sky so the fault can be checked out.
