Hi
Ive been trying to get my new fibre broandband activated ive had the new ONT installed but its not yet running as when open reached tried to contact sky they just said i had to wait but when i look on my order from sky it just says 'Impediment'. Should i still wait or should i contact Sky.???

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TreeStickBest thing to do would be to call Sky this morning and find out what is going on with the flow of data not happening.
