something went wrong message on MacBook when logging in

I need to login to my account to check my broadband speed which is slow. On try to login on the web I get the message - "something went wrong please try later". I've tried 'later' several times but with no success. How can I fix this issue?

Re: something went wrong message on MacBook when logging in

Thanks, Tom. Tried that and they couldn't help as they couldn't verify my account.

Frustrating!

Re: something went wrong message on MacBook when logging in

Thanks Jamesn123 - I cleared all sky cookies from the browser and that didn't help. I'll chat with friends about other browsers and see if I can find something suitable. Have you any idea what is wrong with Sky on my Safari?

Re: something went wrong message on MacBook when logging in

Hi Tom, thanks for the reply.  I was told that online couldn't help as they couldn't verify my account and that I had to call Sky - tried twice but didn't manage to get contact. I wasn't able to log in again as I still get the "something went wrong" message. Strangely, I can log in while trying to reply to a message. I'll go back and se what I can do.
