My superfast broadband has dropped below 30Mb download speed. Guaranteed minimum was 50Mb. Sky say its a problem with the supplier and I can cancel my contract. I have decided to pay more and upgrade as I have 2 sky q boxes, all of these including broadband were installed January. Internet was OK, above 50Mb till I went on holiday 17 March. On return the speed has dropped below 30Mb although I have superboost. Obiously people not having fibre to the home are being compromised. Previously had Virgin 100Mb and never had any speed problems. May have to switch and then all the hassle of getting sky q to work properly.

And run tests from your my sky app and post the info in more about your connection
