I switched over to sky wifi max 3 days ago and my settings still haven't updated on the app. All of my devices have connected fine apart from my nintendo switch. I know I need to lower my wifi security settings to allow me to connect to the switch, but I'm unable to access these settings on the app and on the website. Iv tried updating my app and it hasn't worked. Still only showing my old settings without the sky wifi max settings.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chris351 check you are signing intomthe My Sky app with the Sky ID linked to the Broadband account if uoubdefinitely are and tge settings for the hub are not appearing under product settings in the Broadband section call Sky to get them added.

I checked these details and they are matching, sky app broadband number matches sky log in ID broadband number. So you are saying now i have to call sky to get them added?

I ended up having to get in touch with sky. I waited 3 weeks and my app still wouldn't update, re-downloaded it tried everything. Turns out there was a fault with my actual router when I rang them and I had to send it back and get a replacement sent out. Then my app updated after about 3 days of having the newer router.

Since having the newer sky max hub router, I've now left sky. My wifi speed downgraded when I changed to sky max. My sky Q hub had higher speeds than the sky max. Been getting 28mb/s since changing to sky max. I'm with virgin now and getting 500mb/s for £15 cheaper than I was paying sky.
