sky glass and broadband update gone wrong

We switched to sky glass in April 25 - and have been waiting the upgrade of our broadband thru sky to support the operation of this service better than current broadband.  there have been numerous problems and delays in updating to new faster broadband - culminating in our broadband being switched off last week so we currently have zero broadband and so zero internet for over 1 week - with no sign of sky fixing the problem. any advice - as have had many daily phone calls with complaints dept bu no solution.

Try a different broadband supplier? Sky Glass can be used with all other suppliers, not just Sky.
