Waiting For An engineer

I am trying to switch to Sky on full fibre - I have an appointment this morning until 1300 - I have taken the day off - still no contact and no engineer - how do you speak to a human with Sky? How do I know / find out if the engineer is coming? This isnt giving me the greatest faith in Sky

If it was an Openreach engineer appointment then Sky won't receive any update from OR until overnight tonight so no point contacting Sky until tomorrow.
