sky broadband shield gives an error message your sky broadband is'nt active just yet try again once we've got you up and running
customer is an active brodband customer.
.
it was working fine earlier ..
customer is trying access the settings on sky BB shield.
tried the normal t/s removed the mysky app and installed. . its the same what needs to be done
